Evolet Pharmaceuticals initiated the construction of its Unit-II, encompassing two manufacturing blocks for Injectables and OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) products. The project, equipped with state-of-the-art pharmaceutical machinery from renowned suppliers in India and abroad, is set to adhere to international standards. Anticipated to be fully operational by September 2024, this expansion underscores the company’s dedication to advanced manufacturing practices and signifies an important step towards enhancing its production capabilities and product offerings.
The main block of the project is dedicated to manufacturing of general injectable products. This advanced facility will focus on manufacturing of products in the form of ampoules, liquid vials, and 3-piece, featuring high-capacity and high-speed machinery. With two liquid ampoule lines, operating at speeds of 300 and 600 per minute, a liquid vial line running at 300 per minute, and complemented by two 10 and 20 sq. m. lyophilizers, as well as a 3-piece line at 200 per sets per minute.
Our facility will also include dedicated OSD block in order to manufacturing general pharmaceutical products, with a specific focus on tablets and capsules. It boasts cutting-edge equipment, including granulation section with overall capacity of 950 kg, six high-speed compression machines, two coating sections, one capsule section, and eight primary packing lines, all operating at high speeds.
