DRA Executive/Sr. Executive-DRA

Total Experience = 1-5 Years
Qualification = B. Pharm and M. Pharm

Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Having experience in dossier compilation (CTD & ACTD) for CIS, ASEAN, LATAM and AFRICAN countries.
  • Controlling the whole process of registration product from beginning till the end.
  • Evaluation of Bioequivalence and Clinical Trials (preferably).
  • Having knowledge of ICH guideline.

Business Development Executive

Total Experience = 0-2 Years
Qualification = B. Pharm

Roles and Responsibilities :
  • To Maintain received requests for product research, updating of status compliance with rules under which we search and find products, timely reply on inquiry, compliance with a deadline.
  • Finding sources of required products for TJ, TK filling in PO form and PIS for DRA products.
  • Finding sources of required products for KG, LATAM 1 - filling in PO form and PIS for DRA products.
  • High-level negotiations during meetings, via mail and messengers and telecoms as per Evolet guidelines, calls reminders.
  • Analysis of the new companies and follow up on adding new potential product to the portfolio of Evolet.

HR Manager

Total Experience = 4-7 years
Qualification = MBA/PGDM

Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Development of the Human Resources Department
    Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resources staff. Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves problems. Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, community events support, benefits administration.
  • Training and Development
    Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs. Establishes an in-house employee training system that addresses company-training needs including training needs assessment, new employee onboarding or orientation, management development, production cross training, the measurement of training impact, and training transfers.
  • Employee Relations
    Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. Conducts periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement. Coaches and trains managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them. Makes certain that the managers know how to successfully, ethically, honestly, and legally communicate with employees.
  • Recruitment
    Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.

Finance & Accounts Executive

Total Experience = 1-4 years
Qualification = B. Com/BBA

Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Assist with MIS Reports preparation of group of companies.
  • To rename manufacturers payment swifts copies, update in a specific excel file and share with supervisor for further sharing with manufacturers.
  • To be constantly in touch with manufacturers and production team for ledger finalization.
  • To discuss with supervisor necessary corrections in plant ledgers and update them.
  • To enter carefully and update in a specific excel file all the vendors local sale invoices.
  • Continuously to update list of export invoices of group companies in their specific files.
  • Updating of MEIS Licenses in file and sharing with supervisor.
  • Updating ICD custom codes of stations and other related details for the export invoices of group of companies.
  • Updating of the company`s Trade Marks statuses weekly, downloading and printing of TM registration certificates.
  • Downloading TM Journals, selecting and shortlisting TM names and entering them in a specific file.
  • Updating list of monthly hearings from TM registry, collecting TM evidences for different TM cases, preparing docs for TM hearing processes, preparation and verification of TM docs for overseas filings, etc.
